Alexandra HoyAlexandra H. Hoy - Chief Operating Officer

Alexandra Hoy brings over 20 years of industry experience to Everest Search Group. Her executive recruiting expertise is focused in financial services and private equity, specializing in the Payments, Processing and Card industries. Alexandra served as Vice President at Woodmoor Group Inc., a large national recruiting firm, before establishing Everest Search Group to concentrate on financial services recruiting. Successful placements include sales, marketing, product management, operations, and C-level executives, placed at both large corporations and young emerging companies.

Previously, Alexandra developed and launched new products as an executive with American Express, First Data Corp and Western Union and led Group Marketing initiatives at RBC Capital Markets investment banking firm. Earlier experience includes extensive work with the venture capital and investment banking communities in New York City.

Alexandra graduated Summa Cum Laude from Marymount College in New York. She earned her MBA in Finance from the University of Colorado and completed post-graduate study in International Business at New York University. Alexandra studies and speaks Spanish.

A passion for mountaineering and conservation has enabled Alexandra to explore many of the world’s most remote regions. Notable to her achievements, Alexandra reached 26,500 feet on Mount Everest, and was presented the expedition's Explorers Club flag by Sir Edmund Hillary.

Alexandra is active in the Colorado volunteer community and is an avid outdoor weekend-warrior. She served on the board of Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado, Executive Women's Golf and is past Chapter Chair and a member of the Explorers Club, an international organization dedicated to scientific and field exploration. Alexandra currently serves on the board of ArtReach, an organization dedicated to providing access to art and cultural events to underserved individuals and families within the community.

Stu Perlmeter brings 30 years of marketing and research experience to First Resource (WWW.1st-Resource.com), which he founded in 1996. Mr. Perlmeter is an expert in designing and implementing market research that supports decision-making and go-to-market scenarios. He leads a team of ten talented researchers at First Resource, covering all relevant components of research: primary, secondary, qualitative and quantitative. Mr.Perlmeter earned a MBA from the University of Colorado at Denver, and a BS in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
